A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Hi there! My name is Karli and I am the owner of KV Kennels. Ever since I was a little girl I have always loved animals. Dogs have a special place in my heart and I truly believe the care of these loving animals should not be taken lightly. They deserve to have a super duper fun day when you are away or at work. Bring your pup to me and they will have the best day ever!
Why KV Kennels?
KV Kennels is a personal and one on one experience for your dogs. Since my kennel is smaller and less commercialized your dogs will get lots of attention and will not get ignored. I have worked at multiple dog kennels and I have seen them run poorly. Seeing that has given me the motivation to give your pups somewhere they feel loved and genuinely get excited to go. I want your dog to hear "come on let's go to daycare" and that tail starts a waggin!
We only offer full days of daycare!
Prices
1 dog - $45
2 dogs - $80
3 dogs - $115
Multiple dog rates are only valid for dogs within the same household.
My daycare rates are for full days of daycare ONLY.
Drop off is between 7-8a
Pick up is between 5-6p
With exception of needing to pick them up early, but please communicate this with me.
Weight Requirement
At KV Kennels we require your pup to be a minimum of 40 pounds. This is for the safety of your dogs. With being a small business I do not have room right now to separate little dogs from big dogs and I would hate to see your pup get trampled. The dream is to eventually expand and be able to love on dogs of all the sizes :)
Breed Restrictions?
I am a huge advocate for the fact that all dogs deserve the same sort of love. Doesn't matter the breed. Yes, I allow Pitbulls, Pit Mixes and Rottweilers. These breeds have been given a terrible reputation and that reputation does not live true within our kennel. With that being said though ALL dogs wanting to attend my daycare will need to attend a free evaluation day of daycare
to ensure the safety of all my new best friends.
Evaluation Day
Every dog that comes to KV Kennels needs to have an evaluation day. These couple hours are free, but it is required. The importance of the evaluation is to ensure the safety of your dog and all the dogs around them as well. During the evaluation I will be looking to see how well your dog plays and gets along with other dogs. Since my daycare is small and personal I do not have room to take care of dogs with aggression of any kind. With this being said I do reserve the right to refuse your pet if they do show aggressive behavior during their evaluation.
What's Included in a Day of Daycare?
A day of daycare at KV Kennels is a jam packed day full of fun! Your dog will get multiple bathroom breaks along with lots of indoor and outdoor playtime throughout the day. Around lunch time they will have nap time to rest and recuperate for the second half of the day. Each day there will be activities and homemade treats. Overall, a day of daycare at KV Kennels is full of fun and love. I will treat your dog like my own and love on them like no other. ♡︎

Keep your dogs brain young and quick! It is really good for your dogs to have their brains challenged.
Tricks for Treats
This gives your dog the opportunity to show me their WOW factors. The point of this is to test your dogs skills and love on your pups for their talents.
Lots and Lots of Playtime
I find playtime extremely important for dogs. Socialization and exercise are my top priority. When we are not doing planned activities then we will be outside and playing as much as possible.

Is KV Kennel's Ever Closed?
As this is a small business and I am my only employee. That means that if I am on vacation then daycare is closed. It will remain this way until I am big enough to hire someone to help me out. I am a firm believer that life is short and you should travel when you are young and able. I hope you are able to understand and share my excitement for my trips while the kennel is closed for daycare. I will post my vacations and other events on the calendar below :)

Online Reservations?
I don't do online booking in hope to keep myself more organized. Please give me a call or leave me a message below for the easiest form of communication. Email is definitely the most efficient way to reach me! That is because I am generally busy with the dogs and not in a quiet environment. In the mean time please fill out the Doggy Daycare Application that I have linked at the very top of the website if your dog has never been to KV Kennels :)
