Boarding
I will be doing a very limited amount of boarding. High school Spring break are my main boarding dates. I will be taking boarding dogs from April 1st until April 12th. I only have 7 kennels and they are filling up fast!! Boarding dogs must follow the same weight requirements as daycare dogs.
What sets boarding at KV Kennels apart?
One of the biggest things for me when I leave town is the anxiety of leaving my dog at home. When leaving them at facilities it made me nervous that nobody was on site after they went to bed. I also didn't love the idea that they had to sit in their kennels from 6pm until 6am without a potty break.
At KV Kennels I will be sleeping on site, so you won't need to worry about your dogs being left alone. Granted I will not be sleeping in the same room, but I will have 24 hours security cameras linked to my phone. In the unlikely event of something happening, I will be able to be back in my kennel within minutes. Another perk of me being on site is that I can let them out and have them run around again at 9pm, so they won't go so long without a bathroom break and then they will get to burn some more energy again before bed as well. Overall, me being on site adds some extra security and hopefully will give you some peace of mind.
Prices
My boarding prices include a full day of daycare, homemade treats, 9pm potty break and extra playtime with their other boarding friends. You can also expect free pictures throughout your dogs stay to keep you updated :)
